This package grew out of the many trip requests from Sekongkang and its surrounding hotels. It sits a long way from Saleh Bay with almost no public transport, so we handle the entire journey ourselves. Whale sharks are easiest to find at six in the morning, when the bagan fishermen haul their nets and plankton — the sharks' main food — scatters across the surface.

Day 1
Arrival & Check-In
- 12.00Pickup at your hotel around Jelenga, Maluk, or Sekongkang, then setting off for Labuan Jambu Village
- 18.00Arriving at Labuan Jambu Village and checking in. The evening is free to rest or wander the village. If you'd like to eat out, our driver can take you to a nearby restaurant (at your own cost)

- Best Time to Visit
- April to November is the best window: calmer seas, clearer water, and the bagan fishermen operating regularly. If your dates are flexible, avoid January to March when the weather turns unpredictable.
