One Day Trip Agal Waterfall & Bungin Island
A waterfall in Merente paired with the world's most densely populated island.
This programme brings together two places of completely different character in a single day. Agal Waterfall sits inside the Gunung Agal protected forest near Marente Village — a ten-tiered fall around 100 metres high, reachable only by a two-hour trek crossing the Marente River and rocky ground. Afterwards the journey continues to Bungin Island, a Bajo settlement built on packed coral and known as the most densely populated island on earth.
Programme Highlights
- Agal Waterfall — ten tiers, around 100 metres high
